The Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training (FYATT) is a 9-day teacher training (69.75 hours) appropriate for experienced teachers from other yoga schools and lineages and graduates of the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training. The Advanced Training provides a path to learn and understand advanced Forrest Yoga techniques including the art of sequencing, how to teach intermediate and advanced asana for different levels, and how to prioritize the needs of students with special needs and injuries. This training is designed to be highly experiential. The training includes chanting, pranayama, intensive yoga practice, working with injuries, addressing the needs and challenges of students, mentoring your own practice and needs, and learning the principles of class sequencing for advanced poses. You will also be taught how to work with students at different levels and abilities and with different body types.
