DETAILED DESCRIPTION & SHORT FAQ
Have you been empowered by your teachers and inspired by your yoga practice? Do you want to go deeper into yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and anatomy? Acquire the building blocks to becoming a yoga teacher and deepen the practice you already love! YogaOne is pleased to announce its Spring 2018 RYT200 Teacher Training Course. The format is an immersive 9-day course at YogaOne. Albina and Roger Rippy, along with a powerful team of assistant, will give you the tools to deepen your practice and empower others through yoga.
Among many other things, you will become stronger in your personal practice than you thought possible, learn Baron Baptiste’s Journey Into Power AND YogaOne Hot Yoga Sequences by heart and in your body, learn proper alignment and verbal cues for the postures in the sequence, learn how to prepare an uplifting and powerful yoga class sequence (adaptable to any style of yoga), learn to stand with confidence before a class and guide students through a powerful asana practice, learn to speak with your authentic voice, unlock your tools to observe, listen and give feedback to students, do extensive practice teaching and receive empowering feedback and go deeper into yogic philosophy, asana pranayama and meditation.
By the end of the course, you will: deepen your own knowledge and yoga practice, have the basic tools to begin your path as a yoga teacher and will have ample opportunity to practice and hone your craft in the studio setting. You will inspire others just as you are inspired. As part of this journey within, by the end of the course, you will have a clearer picture of your path and your purpose in life.
Who should register? Anyone with a passion for learning more about yoga and how to incorporate your practice and lessons on the mat into everyday life as well as those who desire to teach yoga. This includes newer students, certified teachers, and anyone who wants to be empowered by or go deeper into their study of yoga. No particular level of fitness or understanding of yoga is necessary.
What are the prerequisites? None, other than an open heart and a willingness to learn and be present. 100% attendance is required. There will not be any make-up sessions offered.
