Posture Clinics are special yoga seminars, during the posture clinics the students get to observe, ask questions and work on different postures. We will cover all our hot yoga postures and breathing techniques. It’s a great way to take your practice to the next level whether you are new to the practice or you have been practicing for years. What you can gain in posture clinic is a deeper understanding of the postures. If there is a posture you can’t get into, we’ll help you understand the mechanics and how to get into the posture. We’ll explain the benefits of some postures from a physical and energetic point of view. You will also get to watch people doing the postures and how they can correct the postures, this is very helpful to understand your own body mechanics. ALL levels are welcome. If you are new, you get to see more advanced students doing the postures and you get to do them too and we’ll correct you and you’ll gain a better understanding of the postures. The ideal group for a posture clinic is to have a mixture of all level practitioners.
