Intro to Aerial Yoga with Nicole Haagenson
Sunday, February 5 3-5PM
Curious about aerial yoga?
Why aerial yoga? Through aerial yoga the fascia unwind, the mind quiets, core-strength is built, and participants leave feeling whole… a wonderful complement to your mat practice!
Students with limited flexibility can easily access deeper stretches, and very flexible students learn how to pull everything together from their core. Practice safe inversions with the hammock supporting you from the hips, which invites lengthening of the spine and blood flow towards the head, heart and stomach.
What can I expect after this workshop? Expect to smile and laugh, use your arms and your core, but emerge deeply restored.
Cost: $30 (early bird by Feb 1), $35 after Feb 1 Space is limited, please rsvp to reserve your spot
