YogaOne is pleased to
announce its Yoga Teacher Training Course. In an immersive 10-day course on
March 9-18, 2012 (this is Spring Break at most schools) at YogaOne, Albina and
Roger Rippy and other YogaOne teachers will give you the tools to deepen your
practice, as well as give back to and empower others through yoga. Among many
other things, you will learn the YogaOne Hot Yoga Sequence by heart and in your
body, learn proper alignment and verbal cues for each of the 32 postures in the
YogaOne Hot Sequence, learn how to prepare an uplifting and powerful vinyasa
Flow sequence, learn to stand with confidence before a class and guide students
through a powerful asana practice, learn to speak with your authentic voice, unlock
your tools to observe, listen and give feedback to students, do extensive
practice teaching and receive empowering feedback and go deeper into yogic
philosophy, asana and meditation.

ORIENTATION/BEGINNING OF COURSE IS FRIDAY,
MARCH 9 from 5:30-8:30PM. (Daily schedule starting March 10 is 8AM-6PM with lunch break)

By the end of the course,
you will deepen your own knowledge and yoga practice, have the basic tools to
begin your path as a yoga teacher and will have ample opportunity to practice
and hone your craft in the studio setting. You will inspire others just as you
are inspired. Who should register? Anyone with a passion for learning more
about yoga and how to incorporate your practice and lessons on the mat into
everyday life and those who desire to teach yoga. This includes newer students,
certified teachers, and anyone who wants to be empowered by yoga. No particular
level of fitness or understanding of yoga is necessary. What are the
prerequisites? None, other than an open heart and a willingness to learn and be
present. 100% attendance is required. There will not be any make-up sessions
offered.

non-refundable deposit required to reserve a spot, balance due by March 1,
2012. Space is limited. Price includes a monthly unlimited yoga pass to be used
in the time leading up to the training and printed course materials (but does
not include required reading materials). ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. NO
