postures. Working with a partner helps you to open your body more deeply than<br />

<p>A very soothing arrangement of soft and hard yoga asanas, connected together with mostly light (non &#8211; muscle resistance vinyasa) and some challenging  (muscles resistance vinyasa). You will enjoy the challenge, achieve a variety of new poses and move with fluid power. When finished, drift into a blissful deep relaxation followed by a guided meditation.</p>

<p>Acquire the building blocks to becoming a hot yoga teacher or just deepen the practice<br />

<p>YogaOne is pleased to announce its Hot Yoga Teachers Training<br />
Course. In an intensive 3 month course<br />
from January 6-March 31, 2012 at YogaOne. Albina and Roger Rippy and other YogaOne<br />
teachers will give you the tools to deepen your practice, as well as give back<br />
to and empower others through yoga. Among many other things, you will learn the<br />
YogaOne Hot Hatha Sequence by heart and in your body, learn proper alignment<br />
and verbal cues for each of the 32 postures in the YogaOne Hot Sequence and the two pranayama breathing techniques,<br />
learn to stand with confidence before a class and guide students through a<br />
powerful Hot Yoga practice, unlock<br />
your tools to observe, listen and give feedback to students, find your authentic voice, do extensive<br />
practice teaching and receive empowering feedback and go deeper into yogic<br />
philosophy, asana and meditation.</p>
<p>By the end of the course, you will deepen your own knowledge and<br />
yoga practice, have the basic tools to begin your path as a yoga teacher and<br />
will have ample opportunity to practice and hone your craft in the studio setting.<br />
You will inspire others just as you are inspired. Who should register? Anyone<br />
with a passion for learning more about hot yoga<br />
and how to incorporate your practice and lessons on the mat into everyday life<br />
and those who desire to teach hot yoga.<br />
This includes newer students, certified teachers, and anyone who wants to be<br />
empowered by (and empower others through)<br />
yoga. No particular level of fitness or understanding of yoga is necessary.<br />
