Anna Tran's Bio
Anna first began her yoga practice in 2008 to alleviate pains in her upper back. Starting off with hot yoga, she began to notice her pain melt away and was addicted. Yoga has helped her injuries and created a sense of self awareness where she can listen to her body. It has affected her not only physically but mentally as well. She sees yoga as not just a practice but also a state of mind and integrates the lessons she has learned on the mat into her daily life.
Anna completed her RYT200 Yoga Immersion Course at YogaOne with the talented Roger and Albina Rippy as well as Continuing Education for Teachers with Catherine Allen and Ann Hyde. When she is not at YogaOne, Anna likes to ride her bike, create handmade items and eat food.
