Kiva Davis's Bio
Kiva Davis has practiced and studied Yoga for ten years. She considers herself the “happy” Yoga teacher as she moves through postures with expressions of joy and happiness. Her classes focus on the benefits of stretching in order to: tone muscles, exercise the skeletal system, increase respiratory capacity and enhance vitality and a sense of well being.
Kiva became interested in Yoga after taking a class at a local gym. She studied and gained a deeper understanding of the practice and in 2007 she received her certificate to teach. She is also a certified Reflexologist and her interest in natural approaches to healthcare has led her to pursue a license in Chiropractic Medicine.
