Tara Maguire's Bio

Tara was first introduced to yoga and meditation as a competitive swimmer at the age of 8. As part of her championship training practices, she was led through guided visualizations, asanas, pranayama, and relaxation techniques. It was no surprise when she rediscovered this same peacefulness at a yoga class offered at her university. The practice has been with her ever since. From Ashtanga to Kundalini to Restorative to Bikram, Tara has found her yoga experience enhanced by every teacher she comes across in the studio and in life. Delving deeper into the inner stillness she has discovered that her true passion fully blossoms when she is able to share the gift of yoga to everyone and anyone around her. She is eternally grateful for the opportunity to teach, and most importantly, to learn from life, love, and her students.
