Yoga Classes/Memberships: Yoga is a unique service. As such, there are absolutely NO refunds on memberships, class packages or classes. However, in the case of unexpected travel or illness, Annual Memberships only (not including Autopay Memberships and not 6 Month Memberships) can be “frozen” on a one-time basis for up to three months. During the “freeze” period, the student will not be able to attend yoga classes at YogaOne (unless they are re-instating the membership and ending the “freeze”), but the clock will not run on the expiration of the Annual Membership. Monthly Memberships and Autopay Memberships are not able to be frozen or suspended. Class packages (5, 10, 30) never expire. Our Monthly Autopay is currently a 6 month contract (see the contract terms for specifics).
Special Workshops: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit to your YogaOne account. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, no refund will be issued. We cannot “hold” spaces at workshops or special events without payment.
Products: Generally, all sales are final. Consumable products are non-refundable. Clothing and other non-consumable products, if defective, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase along with original receipt only. No other refunds are available.
