Lee Moffett
Lee guides her students whole-heartedly to blend intention, breath and possibility. Her classes are a balance of both strength and ease, coupling her athletic upbringing with her hippie heart. Lee offers deliberate alignment cues, space to explore both the physical and subtle bodies, and inspiration to move and live with purpose on and off the mat. She specializes in vinyasa flow (inspired by Anusara and Baptiste Yoga), yin yoga (a practice dedicated to connective tissues and joints) and restorative yoga for athletes, as she’s a cyclist and runner.

In addition to teaching, Lee is Lead Assistant for YogaOne’s Teacher Training Immersions and serves as the Director of Alignment and Teacher Empowerment at YogaOne Studios. When she’s not mentoring teachers or attending classes, Lee spends time with her main squeeze, Luke. Her favorite hobbies include coffee dates with friends and traveling. Lee originates from Pittsburgh, PA and found yoga while living in Santa Monica, CA in 2007. She is a registered E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.
