Seung Park
Seung’s classes are both mentally and physically challenging with a focus on form and breath. All fitness levels are welcome. Laughing and having fun during class are highly encouraged! Bring your water, awesome attitude and come prepared to sweat. You’ll leave class feeling invigorated and accomplished.
Seung’s first attempts at yoga (various studios around Austin) didn’t stick until he found his home at YogaOne. It was the first time he ever experienced a yoga community and started consistently coming in July 2014. He comes from a martial arts background and has created many lakes of sweat through years of bootcamp classes. He completed the YogaOne Teacher Training led by Roger and Albina Rippy during Spring 2015. You can find him at the Midtown location (almost every day) and he is always looking for people to invert with him!
