Adrienne Archidiacono
Adrienne’s classes are inspirational, powerful and are focused on core strengthening, renewal and breath. Adrienne gives fellow yogis access to open up not just their physical bodies but also open up what is available to them off the mat and outside of the studio. She will encourage you to play and practice from where you are physically and emotionally at the present moment. Students in her class will feel a sense of community in the room and will leave with a renewed sense of being. Adrienne is a native East Coaster who moved to Texas for school in 2009. In Boston she was practicing at Baptiste Yoga studio and that is where she fell in love with power vinyasa yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and YogaOne was the first yoga studio she stepped into in Texas. She completed her 200 hour RYT training at YogaOne in 2014 and is working to completion of her 500 hour RYT training. Her teaching is influenced by Baptiste yoga, Forrest yoga and is focused on safe, fun & creative sequencing. She has taken workshops and classes with Ana Forrest, David Magone, and Rebecca Pacheco.
Outside of the yoga studio Adrienne is a pediatric medical professional. By working with children she is given the gift of tapping into her playful and lighthearted side, and is able to bring that on the mat and into class. Adrienne is a runner and has finished many marathons and races. She loves spending time with her family, friends and dog.
