Katherine Little
Katherine’s classes are inspired by her everyday experiences on and off her mat. Her classes emphasize self-care and using breath to become grounded in the present moment. Students in Katherine’s classes are encouraged to think less and feel more, with the intention of connecting to their bodies and finding ease in their minds. Katherine empowers her students to take their yoga off of the mat- hoping to spread more breath and connection with the world.
Katherine completed her training with YogaOne in the summer of 2015 and is a 200RYT with the Yoga Alliance. She believes that many lineages of yoga have lessons to offer and has been influenced by Baptiste, Forrest, Ashtanga, Yin, and Hot yoga styles. When not practicing or teaching yoga, Katherine can be found volunteering in the addiction and recovery community, traveling, hiking, cooking or reading.
