Holly Waters
Holly has been practicing yoga since 2013 and went through YogaOne's August - October 2015 yoga teacher training program. Holly teaches vinyasa flow classes that are playful and energetic with a focus on breath.
Holly was a four-year collegiate cheerleader at The University of Texas and fell in love with the community at YogaOne when she moved back to Houston. She believes that the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat changed her life in the best possible way. Through intentional breathing, meditation and movement, yoga has helped her get through the tough times and fully take in and be present for the good times. Outside of yoga she owns restaurants and loves making others happy through yummy food!
