Erika Thawley
Erika likes to create a safe and positive environment on the mat so that her students can feel supported to show up as their most authentic self! She encourages a lot of play with a deep emphasis on purposeful breath and challenges her students to foster self compassion and gratitude in their practice.


Erika has been teaching yoga since December of 2010, receiving her 200 hour certification through Yoga One. In 2014 she became a SUP yoga instructor and in 2015 she became a kids yoga instructor. Erika grew up dancing, falling in love with her first ballet class at the age of four. She loves to coffee dates with friends, traveling with her hubby, and snuggling with her baby girl.
