Christine Bacongallo
Christine's classes are focused on alignment and self care.
Her students are always encouraged to move with their breaths, she is often heard saying in class "move with your breath in a way that feels really good, today."
Christine's first yoga experience was a 'Yoga for Dummies' DVD she turned to, in college, help her deal with back pain caused by scoliosis. She did not have a consistent and steady practice until she stepped in Yoga One Midtown, in the fall of 2010. From then on, yoga has become a priority in her daily life.

Christine did her RYT-200 hour yoga teacher training in winter 2015, with YogaOne and has not stopped!
She is currently enrolled in Yoga One's "Lead to Inspire" bridge to RYT-500 and likes to spend time volunteering with Expedition Balance, a non- profit bringing yoga and meditation to veterans suffering from PTSD.
When she is not teaching or on the mat, Christine can be found outside running or spending time with her husband and their bulldog.
She loves traveling especially to Canada, where she originates.
