Taylor’s classes are focused on providing both enjoyment and challenge, as she works to create a careful balance between appreciating where we are today and continuing to evolve. She emphasizes breath and feeling in hopes of inspiring her students to be more connected with themselves and fully present in their lives both on and off the mat. Taylor loves to help her students tap into their own amazing strength and power, encouraging them to practice and live powerfully!

Taylor began practicing Yoga in 2013 as a way to bring more peace into her busy schedule, but it wasn’t until 2016 that she felt truly connected to yoga. By that time, the stress of a lifestyle that did not feel authentic to Taylor had finally caught up with her. During the 40 Days Challenge she became inspired to make a significant change and enroll in a 200 hour Immersion Teacher Training. She has since left her corporate job and now leads a life she loves, which includes lots of yoga, spinning, pilates, running, travel, and time with her fur babies & amazing husband!
