Katie Lee
Katie's classes are challenging and super fun. She uses her enthusiasm and high energy to get students out of their comfort zone. Students leave her classes feeling accomplished and ready for more. She encourages in a light-hearted way that brings playfulness to the class.

Katie was introduced to Yoga One in September 2014, while going through some big transitions in her life. Her good friends brought her to the studio when she was in the middle of recovering from an eating disorder and simultaneously going through a divorce. She credits Yoga One and the whole Yoga One community with helping her find her way into the light. When she is not teaching or taking yoga, Katie can be found enjoying life with her 3 boys and her dog.
