Kristin Carrigan
Kristin started practicing yoga in 2011. The moving meditation brought awareness to her breath and the power of her mind more than any other athletic endeavor she experienced. It strengthened her body and mind to remain calm amidst the chaos of raising three young boys.

Kristin's class will challenge your mind and body. Be prepared to sweat, to smile at what you CAN do, and to not take yourself so seriously. After all, it is only yoga.

Kristin completed her RYT 200 Yoga Immersion through Yoga One in 2015. When not practicing or teaching yoga, Kristin teaches indoor cycling classes, helps 3 young boys find their way in life, watches college football with her husband, walks the dog while listening to audiobooks, and reads as much as she can.
