Jodi Smith
Meditation through movement and breath is what students will experience with Jodi, with her calm and down to earth personality. An athlete most of her life, she dabbled in yoga and began to practice seriously in 2014 after dealing with anxiety and stress-related physical illnesses. Jodi took her physician’s advice to try Yoga before taking any prescription medicine. Within her first month of a consistent yoga and meditation practice, she experienced a significant decrease in her stress and anxiety and became empowered to make better decisions concerning her self-care and health.

Now she shares her passion for the gift and power of yoga and mindfulness with everybody regardless of income, body size, age or gender to promote self-care, self-acceptance, and wisdom in a practical way. Jodi completed her RYT200 Yoga Immersion Course at YogaOne with the awesome Roger and Albina Rippy. She continues her yoga education by taking workshops and trainings from David Reglan, Bryan Kest, Yirser R.H. Lawrence, and others. When she is not at YogaOne, Jodi loves traveling, photography and writing.
