Leticia shares her energy, guiding you through your practice in a supportive and nurturing way. Her focus on alignment and breath guide your movements, synchronizing your movement with your breath. Her calming voice soothes your mind as you work through the postures.

Her keen eye for detail comes from 25 plus years as a professional photographer. Her photograph, "Rooftop Shanghai" was accepted into The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston permanent collection. Her dance photography & portrait work have been published nationally and internationally.

Her passion for yoga began in 1995 after the birth of her daughter. Through yoga she discovered a place of peace and connection, both to herself and to her community.

She completed her yoga teacher training with her mentors Roger and Albina Rippy, at YogaOne in 2014.

Leticia has two beautiful children, Nico and Lexi who she adores.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends. From the time she was young, she has had a love of photography, music, dance, graphic arts and design. Leticia finds inspiration in the world around her. The countries she has visited have left a lasting impression on her heart.
