Diane Bailey
Diane encourages her students to awaken their heart and mind through their powerful physical practice. She cues breath and movement, while challenging students to identify the thoughts flowing through their minds. Diane's classes are fun, playful, engaging, and loaded with emotional support. She believes her students learn about themselves on the mat, and are then able to take that learning into the rest of their lives off the mat.
Diane came to yoga through Restorative and Hatha practice over 6 years ago while in treatment for depression. For her, it was the missing piece to her recovery which continues into the present day. Her experience working as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Professional Counselor for over 25 years informs her belief that yoga practice provides a physical experience to transform the heart and mind.

Diane is a RYT-200. She was thrilled to be in the first YogaOne Teacher Training conducted in Taos at The Blue Sky Retreat Center. Her husband can be seen around the YogaOne Studios and they often practice together. She works as a psychotherapist when not teaching yoga; or she's busy playing with her two Tibetan Terriers Shye and Ruckus.
