Anna Tran
Anna’s classes are filled with breath and laughter. She teaches fun and challenging classes that not only guide you into a deeper sense of feeling but also enjoying it on the way. Focusing on alignment and conscious breathing, students will feel supported to journey deeper into their bodies. Anna believes that the small lessons learned on the mat are a door way to lessons that can be applied to everyday life.
While Anna was working at a non-profit that helped older adults, she began to learn that a strong and healthy body later began with being healthy now. In 2008, she began to take yoga and would feel the pain in her body melt away. Anna completed her RYT200 Yoga Immersion Course at YogaOne with the talented Roger and Albina Rippy. She continues her yoga education by taking many workshops and trainings from Baron Baptiste, Les Leventhal, Ana Forrest and many more. When she is not at YogaOne, Anna likes to ride her bike, create handmade items and play with her dog, River.
