Sara Jones Davison
Sara’s classes emphasize the power of student's own breath, while being compassionate towards themselves and their body. She strongly believes yoga is a healing practice for body, mind, and soul and is ready to share the endless benefits of this practice with her students.
Sara began practicing yoga at her local gym several years ago, but it wasn’t until she walked through the doors of YogaOne in 2009 that her passion really ignited for her practice. She sees yoga as more than just a great way to exercise, but a great way to balance her life on and off the mat. Through her yoga practice, Sara has not only grown stronger physically, but has experienced a positive shift in her life. She wants to share the power and gifts of yoga with any and everybody regardless of age, shape, size, or mindset.

Sara completed her 200-hour teacher training with her inspirational teachers, Albina and Roger Rippy at YogaOne Studios in 2013 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance. Sara takes what she has learned on the mat to help co-create a positive space that inspires personal growth through the practice of yoga.
