Stephanie Hite
Stephanie’s classes are inspired by honesty, authenticity and a pragmatic and sensible approach to yoga. She teaches hot and vinyasa flow classes that are rooted in breath, alignment and a playful, lighthearted delivery. Students in her classes will leave feeling calm, relaxed and challenged. She intends to bring yoga down to earth so that anyone and everyone can enjoy the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of the practice.
Stephanie grew up moving all over the country and found those new experiences molded her into the “introvert disguising as extrovert” that she is today. She discovered yoga in 2007 and has been a devoted practitioner ever since. Yoga enabled her to grow physically, gaining both strength and flexibility as well as eliminating joint pain and alleviating anxiety and panic attacks. She has been so overwhelmed by the healing power of yoga that she wishes to pay it forward by bringing yoga to others. Stephanie completed her (RYT200) certified training at YogaOne in 2014. When not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find Stephanie slinging espresso as a barista extraordinaire, making art and jewelry, baking and spending time with her family and pets. *
